EZnject™ — one twist, and the pen does the rest
EZnject™ is Panacea Bio Chem's disposable auto-injector pen, built around the Lyoprester® dual-chamber cartridge. One twist activates autoreconstitution: the P-EARLs™ reconstitution liquid is drawn into the peptide chamber at the septa, and the lyophilised Peptourbillon™ cake becomes an injectable solution in moments — no vial, no syringe, no transfer.
How it works
The mechanism is the point: reconstitution happens inside the cartridge, at the moment of use, driven by the twist.
- Twist.
The twist activates autoreconstitution inside the Lyoprester® chamber — the operator never touches a vial.
- The P-EARLs™ moves.
The matched reconstitution liquid is drawn into the peptide chamber at the septa, meeting the lyophilised cake for the first time.
- Dose.
A hundred indexed 0.1 mL doses with lab-grade accuracy, through 31G/5 mm needles the kit ships with — swabs included, a Peptourbillon™ pre-loaded.
What sits inside
Lyoprester®
The only dual-chamber cartridge that is autoreconstitution-enabled, vacuum-sealed and argon-fillback — the registered-trademark container the pen is built around.
P-EARLs™
Panacea-Engineered Aseptic Reconstitution Liquid(s) — the isotonic, peptide-optimised diluent matched to the cake it wakes.
Peptourbillon™
The layered peptide formulation architecture — single- or multi-layer — lyophilised into the upper chamber. Every EZnject™ ships with one pre-loaded.
Why it leads
No vial, no syringe, no transfer — and no guessing at dose. The cartridge arrives vacuum-conditioned by the Vana Machine™ (Vacuum Assisted Needle Accessory): no air gaps, no plunger drift, the target vacuum held until the moment of use.
Reusable multi-cycle model in development.
